Business Philosophy
More than ever buyers and sellers of Fairfield County Real Estate have the right to ask a great deal of their real estate advisors. I have managed numerous notable transactions for a variety of clients. It is my responsibility to respond effectively and professionally by ensuring my commitment for hard work and attention to every detail to work on their behalf. My experience over the years and ability to keep a pulse on the market on a daily basis is important for my clients and for me to better serve. Listening and communicating is key to our relationship. Test my market knowledge, service and energy. Our technology and fast paced world is only going to move faster! Allow me the privilege to work on your behalf. My strong negotiation and communication skills are key!
Experience
I have lived in Fairfield County for 30 years and have worked in the towns of Wilton, Ridgefield, Redding, Weston, Westport, Darien, Norwalk, and New Canaan. I am currently sitting on the board of directors for the Mid Fairfield County Association of Realtors. I am equally dedicated to working with first time home buyers, exceptional luxury properties, empty nester's, waterfront properties, those relocating and specialize in new construction, and antiques. Having been in Real Estate for many years, I have seen the market fluctuate through its ups and down periods. I owned my own marketing company prior to a career in Real Estate and worked for General Motors in personnel. My personal time is enjoyed with family and friends; I have two children. Exploring new cultures and countries through travel and reading are especially fulfilling to me.
Accomplishments and Awards
I am a member of the Connecticut Association of Realtors, Consolidated Multiple Listing Service, Council of Residential Specialists, Mid-Fairfield County Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, REBAC, consistent highest award winner among my peers to the Diamond Circle for many years and also was honored to be interviewed for the New York Times "Historic Homes Connecticut's Past Is Present" full page article in 2001.
